Also this year SIMIC had the pleasure and honor of sponsoring the Camerana Mini-Olympics, now in their eighth edition, held on May 24 and 25 at the Municipality’s sports field.

The initiative, born in 2016 with the intent of offering an afternoon of sport to the kids of the valley, has transformed over time into an important moment of aggregation, growth and sharing. The success of the event is made possible thanks to the tireless commitment of the numerous volunteers and the collaboration of the Cortemilia-Saliceto Comprehensive Institute.

Participation was wide and heartfelt, with over 400 young athletes registered, a testament to the enthusiasm and liveliness of the schools in the area.

SIMIC strongly believes in the social value of youth sports, convinced that supporting events such as the Mini Olympics means investing in a future made up of healthier, happier people, prepared to face the challenges of life and work with determination and awareness.
