Once again, this year, we had the pleasure of coming together to different locations to celebrate our shared journey, the work accomplished and the people who make SIMIC what it is every day.

✅ Camerana (CN) – Our operational heart, where the Christmas Dinner was hosted inside the workshops themselves, at the very place where our work takes shape.

✅ Marghera (VE) – A strategic hub for development, innovation, and future growth.

✅ Schio (VI) – Home to our ZANON team, where expertise and commitment drive excellence.

✅ Cadarache ITER (France) – A flagship high-tech construction site, where SIMIC delivers advanced engineering and precision execution within one of the most technologically demanding projects worldwide.

These moments are a valuable opportunity to look back with pride and ahead with confidence.

During the celebrations, we were pleased to honor SIMIC retirees with more than 10, 20, and 30 years of service, celebrating their experience, professionalism, and loyalty. A meaningful reminder that the strength of the SIMIC group lies in every individual who has contributed overtime to building our history and values.

The evenings also included moments of deep reflection, as we remembered our colleagues Matteo and Raffaele, who passed away prematurely in 2025. Their memory remains a deeply in our hearts.

It has been a year marked by challenges, commitment, and shared achievements, made possible by the dedication and passion of all our people.
