Camerana capital for a day: institutions visit SIMIC

SIMIC had the pleasure of welcoming to its headquarters in Camerana an institutional delegation composed of prominent representatives from local and regional authorities.

The visit was attended by:

The visit represented an important opportunity to discuss our activities, future industrial development prospects, and the strategic role of the territory in supporting innovation, economic growth, and employment.

During the meeting, we also discussed with institutional representatives SIMIC’s role as a strategic partner in Italy’s energy transition, committed to delivering advanced technological solutions for a more sustainable future.

SIMIC completes the 100th Turbo-Brayton Subcooler for Air Liquide!

The Turbo-Brayton Subcooler is a highly efficient solution for Boil-Off Gas (BOG) reliquefaction. Thanks to this technology, the liquefied natural gas that evaporates during sea transportation is recovered and reintroduced into the cycle, improving energy efficiency and enhancing the overall sustainability of the system. SIMIC is proud to announce the completion of the 100th SKID, a major milestone that marks a new chapter in our collaboration with Air Liquide. SIMIC Supports Biking Alta Langa: Building Value, Pedal Stroke After Pedal Stroke

SIMIC supports Biking Alta Langa, the open-air cycling park that promotes the Alta Langa region through permanent routes dedicated to cycling and active tourism. This is not merely a sponsorship, but a choice consistent with the values that guide SIMIC: determination, quality, long-term vision, and a strong connection to the local territory. Supporting this project means making a tangible contribution to the growth of a territory that is not merely passed through, but embraced and enhanced. The project will be presented on Friday, February 27, 2026, at 6:30 PM in Monesiglio (CN) and involves 25 municipalities of Alta Langa. The evening, moderated by sports journalist Beppe Conti, will feature the official presentation of the initiative, institutional addresses, and the screening of the launch video. Hinge Angle Setting Tool (HAST) by SIMIC: A Major Tokamak Milestone

Another significant milestone achieved for the ITER project, made possible through the commitment and expertise of the SIMIC team together with our on-site partners. We are particularly proud of the contribution provided through the Hinge Angle Setting Tools (HAST), fully designed and manufactured by SIMIC. These tools are essential to accurately control and manage the position of the upper plate during the landing operations of the Vacuum Vessel Sectors, ensuring precision, safety, and compliance with the stringent assembly requirements of the Tokamak. Success for the Internal Academy for Specialized Mechanical Operators!

On Friday, November 21, the Internal Academy for Specialized Mechanical Operators came to a successful conclusion. It was an intensive 120-hour program, with both theoretical and practical lessons. We are happy to announce that the 4 participants have joined our team: two in the mechanical workshop and two in carpentry.
