The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance and testing of electrical systems in manufacturing and industrial contexts.
They will be required to ensure that work is carried out in accordance with safety and quality standards and technical project specifications, working in collaboration with the Site Manager and the technical team.
The main activities of the candidate will be: Installation and wiring of low and medium voltage (LV/MV) industrial electrical systems; laying and connecting ducts, walkways, pipes, electrical panels and transformer substations; wiring and connecting motors, sensors, control equipment, automation and industrial lighting.
You will be able to read and interpret electrical diagrams and technical drawings.
You will carry out tests, checks and functional trials on the installed systems, as well as routine and extraordinary maintenance on existing systems.
You will be responsible for reporting any non-conformities or anomalies during the execution of the work, ensuring strict compliance with electrical and company safety regulations.
You will collaborate with technicians, site managers and engineers to resolve operational issues.
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or professional qualification as an Electrician/Electrical Engineer/Mechatronics Engineer.
- PES/PAV certification preferred.
- At least 2–5 years’ experience as an electrician in an industrial or plant engineering environment required.
- Knowledge of power systems, automation, electrical distribution or control panels, and the main industrial electrical components and systems is required.
- Ability to read electrical diagrams and plant layout plans.
- Use of measuring and control instruments.
