The candidate will be responsible for the management, maintenance, and operation of heating, plumbing, and air conditioning systems in facilities managed by a facility management company. They will be able to ensure the efficiency and safety of the systems in compliance with current regulations, intervening both in scheduled activities and on call for breakdowns or malfunctions.
They will carry out routine and extraordinary maintenance on heating, water, and air conditioning systems.
They will monitor the correct functioning of the systems and report any anomalies.
They will be required to check and adjust technical parameters, drawing up intervention reports and updating technical documentation.
They will be able to collaborate with other technicians (electricians, multi-service maintenance technicians) in the field of facility activities and ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations.
Requirements:
- High school diploma in a technical field or equivalent professional qualification.
- Previous experience as a mechanical maintenance technician, preferably in facility management or manufacturing companies.
- In-depth knowledge of mechanical systems and maintenance techniques.
- Ability to read technical diagrams and manuals for systems and machinery.
- Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
