The successful candidate will be responsible for the operational management of projects, overseeing activities from order acceptance through to final delivery to the customer.
They will collaborate with the engineering department, production, purchasing, suppliers, and the service department to ensure that work progresses smoothly, in accordance with schedules, budgets, and required quality standards. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring all project phases (kick-off, planning, execution, progress, and closure), coordinating the involved company departments (technical office, production, purchasing, testing, and logistics), and liaising with suppliers and partners to ensure compliance with project requirements.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Mechatronics, or related fields);
- At least 3–5 years of experience as a Project Manager in industrial/manufacturing settings;
- Knowledge of production processes for industrial machinery or plants;
- Ability to read technical drawings and understand project specifications;
- Good command of English (written and spoken);
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills;
- Habit of working toward goals and meeting deadlines;
- Willingness to travel, including internationally.
