The candidate will set up and load manual or CNC milling machines based on technical drawings, machining specifications, and required tolerances, working on components intended for industrial systems. They will perform milling operations on metal materials and complex machining on large components. They will verify the quality of the work performed, ensuring compliance with quality standards and job specifications. They will collaborate with the production team and the technical department to improve production processes, reduce processing times, and optimize overall efficiency.
Requirements:
- At least 6 years of prior experience in the role, preferably with CNC machines;
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and machining diagrams;
- Knowledge of measuring instruments;
- Ability to manage and resolve technical issues related to part machining;
- Good attention to detail and precision;
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations;
- Willingness to work shifts.
