The candidate will be part of the Quality Department and will be responsible for monitoring and verifying welding activities on components intended for industrial plants, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, applicable codes, and required quality standards.
They will oversee welding activities in the workshop and on-site, verifying the correct application of procedures and the compliance of the materials used. They will perform visual inspections and support non-destructive testing activities, identifying any non-conformities and ensuring their proper management through corrective and preventive actions. They will review technical and quality documentation, ensuring traceability and compliance with project requirements and applicable regulations. They will liaise with production, the technical department, quality, and suppliers to ensure the smooth progress of activities and compliance with contract specifications.
Requirements:
- Technical diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Mechanical Engineering or related fields;
- At least 3–5 years of experience in this role within industrial settings;
- Knowledge of the main reference codes and standards (ISO);
- Good command of the English language;
- Precision, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills;
- Willingness to travel.
