The candidate will collaborate with the Employer to implement prevention and protection measures. They will assess risks and draft the risk assessment document together with the RSPP.
They will organise training courses on health and safety at work, monitoring
the application of workplace safety regulations.
They will carry out inspections in the workplace to identify risk situations and propose corrective actions.
They will monitor the use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and the correct application of safety measures by staff.
Manage safety and accident documentation, participating in internal HSE inspections and audits.
Provide support in the management of emergencies, accidents and near misses, contributing to the analysis of causes and the implementation of corrective measures.
Requirements:
- Degree in Law, Engineering, Environmental Sciences or related disciplines.
- ASPP certification (pursuant to Legislative Decree 81/08).
- At least 2 years’ previous experience in the role.
- Excellent knowledge of workplace safety regulations.
- Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively.
- Proactive and strongly problem-solving oriented.
