The candidate will be responsible for performing installation work, as well as routine and non-routine maintenance on industrial electrical systems, ensuring the proper functioning of the systems and compliance with company safety standards. They will work in collaboration with the site manager and the operations team, planning activities based on production priorities and ensuring the continuity and efficiency of the systems.
They will be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving electrical and electromechanical issues, responding promptly to minimize downtime and restore proper operating conditions. They will perform periodic inspections and carry out preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical panels, lines, and industrial equipment.
They will coordinate operational activities by supporting work organization and ensuring compliance with schedules and company procedures. You will also collaborate with other technical and production departments to ensure the smooth progress of activities and the effective management of interventions.
You will be able to read and interpret technical drawings and electrical diagrams, identifying any anomalies and proposing appropriate technical solutions. Finally, you will ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, strictly applying them within the operational context.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of prior experience as an Industrial Electrician;
- Experience coordinating operational teams;
- Skills in troubleshooting and maintaining industrial electrical systems;
- Good knowledge of technical drawings and electrical schematics;
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and the ability to apply them in an operational context;
- Organizational skills, problem-solving abilities, and a results-oriented mindset;
- Ability to work in a team and manage operational priorities.
