The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and supervising the site’s daily operations, planning and organizing activities according to production priorities. They will monitor and ensure compliance with production schedules and established quality standards.
They will manage the procurement of necessary materials and equipment, optimizing resource utilization and ensuring the maintenance and efficiency of machinery and systems through the planning of preventive and corrective maintenance. They will collaborate with other departments, such as quality, logistics, and design, to ensure smooth production that complies with company standards. The candidate will also be able to resolve any technical or production issues that may arise during the manufacturing process.
The candidate will analyze production reports, implementing corrective and improvement actions in the event of inefficiencies. Finally, the candidate will ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, strictly applying them within the operational context.
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of prior experience in a team leader role within production or workshop management in the metalworking industry;
- In-depth technical expertise regarding machinery and production processes;
- Strong team management and leadership skills, with an aptitude for conflict resolution and motivating team members;
- Knowledge of workplace safety regulations and the ability to apply them in an operational context;
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams;
- Focus on results, continuous improvement, and quality;
- Willingness to travel;
- Knowledge of English.
