The candidate will join the administrative department and will be responsible for managing routine accounting and administrative tasks, working closely with the administrative manager and the external consultant. The main responsibilities will include: recording accounts receivable and payable, maintaining the general ledger, managing cash and bank accounts, managing supplier and customer payment schedules, reviewing and filing accounting documents, assisting with the preparation of financial statements, handling VAT compliance (settlements, records), liaising with the accountant and external consultants, and performing general administrative support tasks for the office.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting and/or Bachelor’s degree in Economics (or related fields)
Previous experience in a similar role- Knowledge of key accounting principles
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Knowledge of accounting management software
- Attention to detail, reliability, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
