We don’t want to tell a story about the “World Refugee Day” instead, we want to share a story about opportunity, commitment, and inclusion.

Thanks to the metal fabrication and welding Academy developed in collaboration with Adecco and the CFP Cebano Monregalese, Ibou and Ousmane embarked on a training journey that has led them to become an integral part of the SIMIC team.

With determination, a strong willingness to learn, and remarkable reliability, they embraced every challenge, turning an opportunity into a concrete path of professional and personal growth.

Today, we celebrate the value of inclusion, education, and trust in people.

Our thanks go to Adecco for partnering with us on this project, and to Ibou and Ousmane for the example they set every day as members of our team!
