The resource will be responsible for performing preventive and corrective maintenance on industrial machinery and equipment to ensure their proper operation, identifying and resolving mechanical faults in a timely and efficient manner to avoid disruptions in production. He/She will work with the production department to plan maintenance work without compromising production.
He/She will perform periodic checks on equipment to ensure work safety and compliance with safety regulations. Will update documentation of maintenance activities performed and spare parts used.
Requirements:
- High school diploma in technical field or equivalent professional qualification
- Previous experience in mechanical maintenance of industrial plants
- Knowledge of major mechanical maintenance tools and techniques
- Problem solving skills and attention to detail
- Knowledge of occupational safety regulations
